Nnow who wouldn’t be happy in such colonial pastel apparel? Ya mean, they are persuaded to dress that way in TEXAS? I’m from TX. In a given TX summer, a woman’s makeup typically melts off her face & onto the floor board in the time it takes her to flip on the car’s A/C. Their dress code alone should count as attempted murder. I believe J’s the Way, Truth, & Life, like He said, but yea, many fundamentalists in are just beserk-o. Gotta pray for those chics–they shouldn’t have drank the punch.

Since then, the LDS have turned their back on Polygamy and it paid off and spurred massive growth in membership, and have continued to change policies and buy up historic documents that clash with the intended image of the church. Polygamy was a major cornerstone of Joseph Smith’s teachings, and you were considered unadmissable to heaven without multiple wives. The degradation of women are still prevalent in the man-ruled LDS church of today. (All male council) Accept skeletons in the closet

It’s the breaking point between the chains. The LDS church has tried it’s best to “Disney-fy” is sketchy history that it’s developed in less than 200 years, FLDS churches basically operate as an antiquated snapshot of what the LDS church was like before the turn of the century. Also the major FLDS settlements were started by the main LDS church at the time sending out its members in Canada, Mexico, and outskirt locations in order to preserve polygamy when it was being threatened by the gov.

Correct-o-mundo. They are Fundamentalists. FLDS. Who follow the Mormon teaching verbatim before the mainstream LDS’s break with polygamy.
