Spew forth your disinformation Nancy. When it comes to the courts, you need evidence, not salacious rumors. And you were a lawyer once? You are nothing but a source for disinformation.

Assuming there was a reason (I’m not arguing that point),then in a community in the suburbs where all the kids are homeschooled or babysat by a few parents, then it would be impossible to know which parent(s) was responsible for the abuse since all the kids would have contact with them. In that case, logically the best solution would be to take all the kids away. It’s more than just being friends with your neighbour. It’s constant contact. But I’m just using logic here, I’m not a lawyer.

Uhh when the gov’t has no reason to come in your home, then they don’t have the right. They had no reason or right to take those children. There’s really nothing else to say. According to your argument we should take your children if you are best friends with all 10 of your neighbors around your town. Haha

But most families living in a common neighborhood don’t even know each other. The FLDS people live in a closed-off community where families have some 30 kids each. They all go to the same school, they all go to the same temple, etc. These families are all intricately connected - I think they made the best decision but probably didn’t execute in the best way possible.

go fuck yourself nancy, they were wrong in taking the kids, yes there could have been cases of abuse but not very child was abused so you cant take those that wasn’t. that would be like your neighbor abuses his daughters so they take every kid on the block??? no they cant do that.
