A Texas appeals court ruled on Thursday that the state had illegally seized up to 468 children from their homes.
The children have been in foster homes scattered across Texas since early April, making their parents travel hundreds of miles to visit them.

A phone call that appeared to be a joke is rhyme interested authorities because of whom received it. A 15 year old girl had fled Warren Jeffs group from Colorado City and it is believed this was a subtle message implying, someone knew who was helping or hiding the fleeing teen. Had it not gone to two locations that were of former FLDS members, it would of instead been considered merely random humor!
