That’s the decision handed down just hours ago by the Texas Supreme Court.

The justices ruled that child welfare officials over-stepped their authority when they removed the children from the Yearning For Zion Ranch.

They said child protective services failed to show an “Immediate Danger” to the children, and they said C-P-S did not utilize every option before they took the children.
